Sandra Ross Obituary

Sandra Ilona Ross, 85 of Clarksburg passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at the Pierpont Center in Fairmont. She was born April 8, 1938 in Shinnston, the daughter of the late Ronald B. and Julia Pataki Ross. Sandra graduated from Notre Dame High School, received her Bachelors Degree from Salem College, and Masters Degree from WVU. She had worked at Hazel Atlas and Continental Can Company. Sandra then become a Special Education elementary school teacher working at VanHorn, Salem and Harden Elementary Schools for over thirty-two years. She was a member of the WV Education Association and National Education Association. She enjoyed gardening, knitting and doing puzzles. Sandra loved animals, and they were her world. She is survived by her close friends and neighbors, Donna E Leeson and Bobbi Jo Leeson Schorr, Summit Park. Private burial will be at Bridgeport Cemetery. Online condolences can be made at www.
