Sandra "Sandy" Haarstad, 78 of Elbow Lake, died Sunday, June 19, 2022 at Prairie Ridge Hospital in Elbow Lake. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, June 24, 2022 at Rock Prairie Lutheran Church, rural Elbow Lake with a Visitation beginning at 1:00 PM.
