Ruthanne grew up in the New Virginia area and graduated from St. Mary's High School, where she met the love of her life, Gene Young. They were blessed to share 47 beautiful years together. During which time they raised three lovely daughters. She was a wonderful and loving mother and wife. Life was not always easy but through everything love prevailed. She enjoyed gardening, crafting and watching her favorite TV shows. Ruthanne will be missed by all that
