Ruth Robinson Obituary

Ruth "Gigi" Foy Robinson passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 86 in Merritt Island, FL. She was born on September 30, 1936 in Straight Bayou, MS. She raised her family in Destin, FL. She dedicated her life to God, family, and helping others in need. She loved fishing, good food, and being by the ocean. She is survived by her sister, Laura Wingo, her three daughters, Katrina Parish, Robin Huss, and Laura Palumbo, her grandchildren, Cornelius Robinson Jr. , JR Parish, Tiffany Palumbo, Ashlee Huss, and Sam Huss, and her great grandson, Caden Robinson. She has reunited with her son Cornelius Robinson, who was lost at sea at the age of 23. Friends, family, and acquaintances are welcome to attend her celebration of life on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 10AM in the Pelican Pavilion at Pelican Beach Park, 1525 Florida A1A, Satellite Beach, FL 32937. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Florida Guardian ad Litem Foundation, with whom she worked for years.
