Ronald Stovall Obituary

Ronald Stovall, 68, of Blytheville passed away at his home on Tuesday, April 18, 2023. He was born in Osceola, Arkansas to Robert Orr and Veola Lesley Stovall and raised in Victoria, Arkansas. After graduating from Luxora High School in 1972, he proudly served his country in the United States Army. He graduated from Mississippi County Community College, where he met his wife of 45 years, Lisa Tinsley Stovall. He graduated from Arkansas State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and was employed in retail management for several years, finishing his career at Nucor Steel Arkansas. He was an avid deer and duck hunter and enjoyed that time spent with his brothers, son, and nephews. He became an Arkansas Razorback fan at an early age and attended games in Fayetteville when possible. He was a member of First Christian Church of Blytheville. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Bobby, Buddy, Jerry, and William Stovall. He is survived by wife, Lisa; son, Kevin Stovall and wife Angela of Marion, Arkansas; grandsons, Robert Stovall and Jaden and Derrick Henderson; brothers, L. E. Stovall (Dot) of Fulton, Mississippi and Steve Stovall (Charlotte) of Augusta, Arkansas; sisters-in-law, Patricia Stovall of Augusta, Arkansas, Shirley Stovall of Osceola, Arkansas, and Betty Stovall of Blytheville, Arkansas, as well as many nephews, nieces, and cousins. The family requests any memorials be made to First Christian Church, P. O. Box 251, Blytheville, Arkansas 72316-0251. A Memorial Service will be planned at a later date.
