Age - 59

Paul Matthew Moss was born January 18, 1964 in Banning, CA. He went to be with the Lord on November 23, 2023 at the age of 59. He is survived by his mom Mary Moss, daughters Alyssa Moss and Kianna Moss, brother Morris Moss, sisters Sue Craven and husband Chris, and Melinda Stephenson and husband Bruce. As well as numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his dad Hayward Moss and nephew Shawn Stephenson. As well as his maternal and paternal grandparents. Paul moved to Texas at the age of seven and grew up in Llano and graduated in 1982 from Llano High School. During his adult life he was in the construction field and went on to become a master plumber for over 10 years. He had his own plumbing company, Paul's Plumbing in the Hill Country area. Paul was more than a son, brother, friend or father. He was a man of God. He loved unconditionally and his heart was bigger than Texas, never thinking twice about helping anyone in need and putting them first. He devoted his spare time to the Burnet FFA chapter. Even after his daughters both graduated from high school, Paul still made time to help and teach students who were new to showing livestock because that was his passion. Paul's infectious laugh, words of wisdom, and stories from his "wild child days" will live on forever in the hearts he touched daily. His daughters Alyssa and Kianna, were his greatest joys and he made sure to tell anyone he met how proud he was of them. They are both so grateful to have had the loving relationship they shared and through his strong faith, he taught them about life and to never give up. Paul always said Alyssa was his rock who held him down through life's ups and downs. When he spoke of Kianna, he always said when he grew up, he wanted to be like her; confident, strong, and wise beyond her years. Truth is, he instilled those traits in his girls, and his legacy will live on through them. Paul Matthew Moss will be greatly missed, and tears will be shed in the absence of his physical presence. But his spirit will always be near at every Burnet Stock Show, a BBQ Pit, Led Zeppelin playing on the radio, and when his friends, family and loved ones come together and share memories of him. Show more
