Ronald Ray "Bud" Norris, 79, of El Dorado, KS, passed away Sunday, June 19, 2022. Memorial graveside service 10 a. m. Friday, June 24, 2022, at Elmwood Cemetery, Augusta, KS. Those attending should use the 12th street entrance. Bud was born in Gainesville, Texas on July 28, 1942, to the late Evelyn Belle (Johnson) and Sam Norris. He retired as a welder at Coleman. Bud enjoyed fishing and reading as well as bowling with his family. On July 11, 1959, he married Diana Louise (Coffee) Norris in Wichita, Kansas and she preceded him in death on January 29, 1994. Later he married Bonnie Jean Hurst in May of 1994 and she passed away on April 2, 2015. Bud is survived by: daughters, Terry Hagebusch and husband Don of Augusta; and Tammy Hourigan-Lowe and husband Don of Towanda; son, Thomas Norris and wife Lori of Augusta; step son, John Hurst of Rush Springs, OK; brother, Don Lee Norris of California; sister, Mary Lou English of Oregon; grandchildren, Diana Means, Daniel Stout, Christopher Bishop, Kori Trebbe, Jennifer Norris, Corey Vaughn, Don Hagebusch, Jr, Ryan Hagebusch, Steven Cross, Matthew Cross, Jena Nichols, Emma Grace Hurst and 7 great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by granddaughters, Elizabeth and Samantha Bishop and grandson, Chris Hagebusch. Memorial donations to American Diabetes Association 608 W.
