Ronald Kenneth McAdams, age 78 of Canton, passed away following a lengthy illness on Tuesday, April 23, 2019. He was born in Pittsburgh, PA, to the late Alfred and Grace (Snitzer) McAdams. Ron was an avid Steelers fan and outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving wife Constance Ann (Lunardini) McAdams, to whom he was married for 53 years. Three children: Kenneth John McAdams, Thomas Patrick (Julie) McAdams, Lisa Ann (Bill) Negley Jr.; nine grandchildren: Jaime Cogar, Tyler and Jeremy McAdams, Nathan (Klaire) Peters, Ryan and Kayla McAdams, William III, Steven and Casey Negley; great-granddaughter Naomi Peters; great-grandsons Kaiden McGregor, Chayce and Max Negley; brothers: Larry (Betty) McAdams, Ellis (Peggy) McAdams, Dale (Vicky) McAdams, and sister Noreen (John) Fortuna. Ron was also survived by many nieces, nephews, and his close friend and roommate at St. Joseph Senior Living, Jerry Nicolet. Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 29 th from 6 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, April 30 th from 10 to 11 a.m. at St. George Byzantine Catholic Cathedral. Saracusta Services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 29 th . Funeral Services will be Tuesday, April 30 th at 11 a.m., with the Very Rev. Ovidiu Marginean officiating. Interment will be in St. Peter Cemetery.
