Ronald “Ron” Gallo, age 79, passed away on June 18, 2022. He was born in Harlem, New York on April 6, 1943 to the late Alfred and Elvera Gallo. Ron married the love of his life, Rose Francesco, in May 1967 and they were married for 49 years before her passing in 2016. Ron was a graduate from Benjamin Franklin High School in Harlem, NY. He lived in New Jersey from 1977- 2015 before moving to South Carolina to be near his daughter in July 2015. He retired from his career as an electrician with Local 3 IBEW New York City. Being an avid sports fan and growing up playing baseball, Ron loved watching sports. He especially enjoyed watching his favorite teams including the NY Giants and the NY Yankees. He was also a generous man with a kind heart and it gave him great joy to put others before him. He loved his family, his children and his grandchildren. He believed in God and was of the Catholic faith. Ron is survived by his children, Lisa Gallo (Fred Clauhs), Anthony Gallo. . .
