Ronald C. "Ron" Corp, 76 passed away Friday April 21, 2023 at his home. He was born May 31, 1946 in Shingleton, Michigan to the late Orbie and Clara Marie Johnson Corp. Ron spent his life working in the oilfields and was the owner/operator of Corp Oilfield Services LLC. Ron enjoyed playing guitar and in his younger years was part of a band. He loved going to the river spending time boating and camping with family. He also enjoyed model cars and collecting guns. He is survived by his children: Mike Corp, Mark Fluharty, Michele Spencer, Ronald Moore Jr. , Chris Corp and Richard Corp; Brothers Jimmy, Orbie and Terry; Sisters Polly, Ginger and Debbie; Grandchildren Kassey Crane, Robbie Friedrick, Christopher Wolfe, Brittney Corp, William Corp, Michael Spencer, Ashley Spencer, Ashley Fluharty, Mindy Corp, Melanie Corp, Holly Ladd, Ozzie Ladd; three great grandchildren Emmit Crane, Emily Pride and Rachel Pride; caregiver and friend Melissa Filkins In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Judy Corp who died on September 14, 2021. Memorial contributions may be made to the Muskingum County Literacy Council.
