Roger Deziel Obituary

Waterbury - Roger W. Deziel, 84, of Waterbury, passed away at home on April 22, 2023 surrounded by family. He was the loving husband of Diane (Rouleau) Deziel. Roger was born on April 16, 1939 in Waterbury, son of the late Henry and Rose Deziel. He was an experienced toolmaker and worked for Scovill Manufacturing for 25 years and later for New England Die for 17 years until his retirement. Roger was an avid fisherman and loved camping. Besides his wife of 39 years, Roger is survived by his children, Robert Deziel and his wife Patricia, Ann Brouillard and her husband Rene, Richard Beaulieu, and Brian Beaulieu and his wife Ginger; his grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua, and Amanda; two brothers Edgar and Richard Deziel; three sisters Louise Moreau, Irene Goode, and Rita Cherry; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his grandson, Joseph Deziel. Calling hours are Wednesday, April 26 from 5:00 to 7:00 P. M. at Woodtick Memorial, 420 Woodtick Rd. , Wolcott. A funeral service will be held at 7:00 P. M. Burial will be held privately.
