Roger Clad Bradford Sr passed away on June 11, 2022. Roger was born on December 2, 1940 in Spur Texas to Ira and Juanita Bradford. He attended Spur Public School and graduated in 1959. He met the love of his life, Peggy Henderson and they married on June 1, 1960. Roger was a true cowboy who worked on numerous ranches including 6666, Bridwell, Guitars, Kane Cattle Co and Furrs also day working on several more. He was also an ordained Baptist minister who loved the Lord and always let others know of His love. Roger was a loving husband and father who never failed to show his family how much they meant to him. He was a hardworking, Christian man who was there for his family in good times and bad. Roger and Peggy were foster parents for over 20 years. They cared for numerous children throughout that time and loved them as their own. During this time they adopted 5 children who he loved with his entire heart Roger was an avid horse lover and was never a time he didn't have a few He spent time teaching his kids how to ride and care for them. He was always busy either working, doing what needed to be done around the house or teaching one of the kids how to ride a bike. He never failed to spend time with his family and make sure they knew that they were his world. If you ever found him sitting, he was reading a Louis Lamour book or watching a western. He left behind his sons, Britt (Angella) of Roswell,New Mexico, Donal (Michelle) of Spur, Daughters Anita Chunn, Dee Bradford and Kacee Bradford of Crosbyton, Desti Bradford of San Angelo and Char Bradford of Portage, Indiana. Sister Duanita Rich of Roswell, New Mexico, brothers Dewain (Tracy) of Merkel, Ronny (Linda) of Spur, nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He also leaves behind numerous in-laws, nephews and nieces He was preceded in death by his wife Peggy, his parents Ira and Juanita Bradford, Sister Janell Stoneman and nephews Lane Rich, Jimmy Rich, Chip Stoneman and Kolt Overton A memorial will be planned soon In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America https://alzfdn. org/support-us/donate/ To to the family or in memory of Roger Sr. Clad Bradford, please
