Robert Williams - 34
June 20, 2022
Odessa, TX
Robert Neil Williams, 34 passed from this life on Monday, June 20, 2022 in Odessa. He was born, Monday, August 31, 1987 to Opal "Spanky" (Cranford) Williams and Robert "Buffalo" Williams in Fort Stockton Texas. Robert was a true "cowboy" that worked on the YT Ranch. He loved his two boys dearly and had them every chance he got. He was the hardest worker you'd ever meet and he just wouldn't sit still. If something needed to be done/fixed, you could be sure he would get it done. His boys always say "dad can turn a hundred dollar bill into 10,000. " And he sure could, if he was good at anything, it was making money. He was incredibly hard headed and would argue with a fence post but he also had a good heart and would help anybody whom needed it. He truly loved his job and his horses. If you were around him enough, you can bet he'd tell you "Make sure that damn gate is locked!" About 72 times, then still go behind you to make sure the gate was locked. He's instilled a great work ethic, morals and value in his children and his memory will live on, through that. Those left to cherish his memory are the mother of his children; Johnna Barnett, sons; Talynn Williams and Kutter Williams, brothers-in-law; Ty Barnett and Dakotah Barnett, In-laws; Danny Barnett and Jeanie Clarkston, sisters-in-law; Allison and Cayla Barnett, friends; Nate and Brandne Ballard, Bill Wight and the YT Ranch and family, "Momma" Rachel Maxwell, Lance and Angela Alexander. Robert is preceded in death by his mother; Opal "Spanky" Cranford, brother; Cody Morris, and his "Granny" Jean Cranford and grandfather; Neil Cranford. Public visitation will be held, Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Acres West Funeral Chapel 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm. In addition, a Memorial Service is scheduled for Monday, June 27, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Acres West Funeral Chapel. The family asks that if you are sending flowers, to please send them for the memorial service instead of the visitation. Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel.
