Robert White Obituary

"On May 6th, 2023, Robert Allen White beloved husband, father, grand-father and brother, passed away at the age of 72. Allen was born on December 21st, 1950, in Waynesboro, TN to John P. and Edith White. They later moved to Jacksonville Florida while Allen was a child. In his early adulthood, he joined the United States Marine Corps and served for 3 years. In 1975, he found his career with the United States Postal service where he worked until he retired in 2015. Allen was known for his humorous stories and a deep love for his family. He is survived by his loving wife Robyn White, their four sons, Shawn White (Heather) [Stoneville, NC], Kris White [Jax, FL], Ryan White (Brandi) [Jax, FL], Kody White (Brandy) [Jax, FL], daughter Mellissa Zenner { Shannon} [Gaylax, VA], four sisters, Sheryl White [Boston MA], Jane Brabant [Jax, FL], Faye Ward, [Savannah, TN], Brenda Crooms [Brunswick, GA], two brothers, Virgil White [Waynesboro, TN], Terry White [Jax, FL], and thirteen grandchildren Michael, Bralynn, Trenton, Faith, Skylar, Payton, Amber, Brandon, Danielle, Danny, Cody, Chantilly and Jessie and 5 great grandchildren. Services will be held May 11, 2023. The viewing will be at Corey-Kerlin Funeral Home at 1426 Rowe Ave, Jacksonville, Fl from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm. Pastor Wayne Young will preside over the gravesite service at the National Veterans Cemetery, 4083 Laney Rd. , Jacksonville, Fl at 2:00pm. Family and friends are welcome to attend both services. "
