Robert E. Trueblood (Bobby) 75 went to meet his Lord February 6th, 2019 surrounded by family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Elizabeth Trueblood, his beloved wife Annabella, 3 brothers Warren, Jimmy, David and a granddaughter Adrianne. Left to cherish his memory are his brother Larry Trueblood, a daughter Rickey Thornton, and husband Tim, a son Randy Howard and wife Judy, a grandson J.T. Thornton and wife Amy, a granddaughter Susan Thornton and husband Patrick Hopp, and great granddaughter Chloe Thornton. Bobby, often described as "one of a kind," made many loyal friends in his lifetime. He loved God, wife, family, and friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on February 24th, 2019 at Fellowship Baptist Church, 837 Waters Rd., Chesapeake, Va. 23322. Following the service there will be a reception in the fellowship hall. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Bobby's name to Fellowship Baptist Church.
