Robert Day Roth, 74, of Drums passed away Monday, June 6th at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. Born in Hazleton on March 14, 1948, he was the son of the late Robert and Dorothy (Lorah) Roth. Robert graduated from Hazleton High School in 1966 and became a machinist working at Baran and Henches. Bob was a devoted husband, father, and son and enjoyed spending time with his family. He was a model train enthusiast and outdoorsman. He was an avid fisherman and a hunter in his earlier years. Robert was involved with his community through leadership roles within the Boy Scouts and while coaching little league baseball. Surviving is his wife of 25 years, the former Janel Hibala; Daughter, Justine Roth and her wife Lyndsey. Daughter, Olivia Roth, Son, Robert J. Roth. Stepchildren, Nicholas, Roxanne and Judy. Grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Nicholas, Alyssa and Jackson. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 9th at 12:00 Noon at the Beach Mountain Lakes Club House.
