Robert B. Camerlo, 86, of Freeport, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 20, 2022, while in the company of family, at his home. Bob was born in Cabot on August 3, 1935, a son of the late Angelina E. (Asti) and August Camerlo. He was the president of Camerlo Inc. , which included Camerlo's Market, Camerlo's Bake Shop & Deli, Camerlo's Variety Store and eight Wishing Well Hallmark Stores. He operated the family business for 50 years, retiring in 1999. Bob enjoyed traveling, golfing, hiking, bicycling, and spending time with his grandchildren. He and his wife traveled the world and visited all seven continents. He was a member of St. Mary, Mother of God Church Freeport. Bob is survived by his wife of 65 years, Andrea L. (Campbell) Camerlo. Two sons, Keith R. Camerlo, of South Buffalo Twp. ; Scott B. Camerlo of Freeport. Daughter, Lisa Camerlo, of Freeport. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Morgan and David Waldschmidt and Alexia Morrow. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter-in-law, Laura Camerlo. Family and friends will be received on Monday, June 27th from 2-4 & 6-8 pm in the Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. in Freeport. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 AM on Tuesday, June 28th at St. Mary, Mother of God Church in Freeport, PA with Msgr. Gilbert Gente officiating. Burial will be held in Mt. Airy Cemetery, Natrona Heights, PA.
