March 26, 1928 - May 7, 2023 Rita Ploskunak. Age 95 of Woodhaven. Beloved wife of the late Frank Ploskunak of 66 years. Loving mother of Ann Marie (David) Barko, Gigi (Mike) Von Linsowe and the late Gloria Quinn. Dearest grandmother of Leslie Bielis-Volkers, Craig (Nicole) Bielis, Nicole Quinn-Munoz, Ryan (Jill) Quinn, Ashley (Kyle) McFadden and Lauren (Jim) Vandenberg. Also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. Rita and Frank married in Italy before coming to the United States. Rita was a first war bride and traveled to the states by ship.
