Richard "Dick" Arthur Swanson, age 75, of Elbert, Colorado passed away on Thursday, April 20, 2023. He was born November 23, 1947 in Erie, PA to Carl and Marian Swanson. Dick married the love of his life, Sandra, and they had a beautiful family. He was a dedicated husband, loving father and grandfather. He served his community as a police officer for many years.
