Voorhees Twp. - Formerly of Berlin. Age 64, passed away on April 19, 2023. Born in Camden, NJ to the late Carroll and Norma (Erikson) Kates. Survived by his devoted brothers; John and Stephen Kates. Richard worked as an assembly worker for the Best Work Industries for the Blind in Cherry Hill. Honoring Richard's wishes there will be no viewing or services at this time.
