Robert L. TILTON, 84, of Hunt, NY, died Wednesday, November 15, 2023 in Highland Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center, Wellsville. Born February 4, 1939, in Bristol, he was the son of Ernest and Jessie Mitchell Tilton. He was married to the former Barbara Jean Hopkins for 62 years, who predeceased him on May 28, 2023. A graduate of Dalton School, he served honorably with the U. S. Army. Bob was employed by Slawson’s Sawmill in Hunt and by the Town of Portage as a heavy equipment operator. Surviving are: five children, Dianna (Mike) Whiting of Naples, Mark (Rhonda) Tilton of Angelica, Tammy Tilton of Wellsville, Marsha Tilton of FL, Amy (Bryan) Woodhouse of West Sparta; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Edward Tilton of Nunda; a sister, Kathy McGinty of Hunt; nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by two sisters, Shirley Vasille and Marie M. Carney. Cremation was at OLNEY-FOUST Private Crematory. Burial will be in Short Tract Cemetery. David A. Gaddy, age 64 of Hunt, passed away the day before his birthday, August 15, 2023 at his home. Dave was born on August 16, 1958 in Flint, MI to the late Donald & Barbara (Curtis) Gaddy. In addition to his parents, Dave is predeceased by his son, Tony Allen; his siblings: Dennis, Billy, Betty & Janet Gaddy; and his sister-in-law, Cathie Gaddy. Dave is survived by his loving son, David L. (Amy) Gaddy and David's mother, Darlene (Dunne) Jarrett; his grandchildren: Chandell Gaddy, Christina Gaddy, Tony Gaddy Jr. , David J. Gaddy, & Holly Bianchi; his great-grandchildren: Bentley Eldridge, T. J. Fingland & Noah Fingland; his siblings: Michael Gaddy, Randy (Valerie) Gaddy, Connie (Jigger) Aronhalt, Lena Gaddy, & Kathy Golberg; his sister-in-law, Gail Gaddy; and many nieces, nephews, & cousins. Dave enjoyed being outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He absolutely loved to camp, ride ATVs, watch football, gaming online and spend time with his family and friends, all of whom he loved very much. Dave was also an experienced motorcycle rider and loved his Harley. Family and friends are invited to call from 12pm - 1:30pm on Saturday, September 9, 2023 at the Chamberlin-Baird Funeral Home, 73 Main Street, Dansville NY 14437, where a memorial service will be held at 1:30pm. His last formal job was as director of the State Comptroller's Training Center in Kerrville under Bob Bullock. Dick was well known among tennis and pickleball players, was distinguished in Senior Games, and in pickleball was ranked #1 in the world in 2013. Dick and Jane published the quarterly ''Texas High School Hoops'' from 1987-1991. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Jane Ragsdale, sister Pat Howell, and five grown children: Diane O. Howell, Dixie Lee Howell, Debbie Howell Hill, Richard L. Howell III, and Silas Deen Howell, and their spouses. He had three grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a large extended family. He was predeceased by his parents, RL Howell and Odette L. Howell and sister Trudy Howell Cowden. A private memorial service will be held.

Robert J. Graham Jr., age 99 of Hunt, New York passed away on Monday January 13, 2020 at the NYS Veterans Home at Batavia. He was born in Leicester, New York on January 12, 1921, a son to the late Robert John and Eloise Goodwin (Horton) Graham Sr. A 1928 graduate of Perry High School. Robert served with the US Army Air Corp during WWII Robert was a farmer his entire life owning Oxbow Farms in Hunt. He was a member of the Portageville Baptist Church, Farm Bureau of Livingston County. He was active in the 71st squadron Fighter Group through the US Air force. He enjoyed playing euchre and bridge with friends, reading, restoring antique tractors, working on his sawmill at the farm, was a history buff particularly in WWII, and spending time with his family and lifelong friends. He is survived by 3 daughters: Pemba (Dwight) Harder of Castile, Kathryn (Stephen) Lewis of Hunt, Christina (David) Vanderbosch of Prattsburgh, 1 son: Rodney (Linda) Graham of Hunt, a brother: Gerald (Madeline) Graham of Perry, 17 grandchildren: Janet (Kary) Lewis Forth, Jeremy (Barbara) Harder, Molly (Peter) Vanderbosch Sauder, Jessie (Kelvin) Vanderbosch Slayton, Erin (Jonathan) Vanderbosch Slayton, Robert Graham (Juanita) Vanderbosch, Hannah (Nathan) Vanderbosch Charles, Asa Vanderbosch, Mary Ellen (Phillip) Vanderbosch Nissley, Jabob, Jerusha and Laura Vanderbosch, Eloise (Kyriakos) Graham Kyriakou, Caitlin Graham, Rebecca (Ari) WolfeCooperman, Emily (Daniel) Wolfe Schulz and Matthew (Krista) Wolfe, 24 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
