Richard Chavez Obituary

Richard R. Chavez entered eternal rest on April 18, 2023, with family at his side. Born on October 11, 1947, he was a lifelong resident of San Antonio, a graduate o Sidney Lanier High School and served in the US Army. He is preceded in death by his parents, Tomas O. Chavez and Maria Cruz R. Chavez, sister Patricia Chavez, and brother Thomas R. Chavez. His presence will be greatly missed by his surviving siblings Anna Marie (Arthur) Longoria, Louise Mireles, Esther (Pablo) Gonzales, Michael (Linda) Chavez, and Vivian Chavez, numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family.
