Shauna was born December 13, 1953, in Houston, Texas to Bill and Loretta Pearce, she graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1972 spending her life living in the Katy and Cypress areas of Houston. Shauna was preceded in death by her parents; father William "Bill" Pearce, mother Loretta Smothers Pearce, stepmother Miariam "Mimi" Harbour Pearce, sister Sarah Harbour Girards. She leaves behind her loving husband Jesse "Buddy" Johnston, son Shane Johnston & wife Elizabeth, daughter Kara McKinney, brother Kirk Pearce & wife Judy, brother Mark Harbour & wife Paula, grandson Pearce Johnston, grandson Lucas Johnston, granddaughter Taylor McKinney, and her beloved cousins, nieces, and nephews. Shauna was loved and admired by her family and all of her many friends. She had a long career with Manheim Houston Auto Auction in Houston. She dearly loved her family and spending time with them, especially holidays. Shauna especially enjoyed traveling to her grandchildren's many events to support them with great pride and admiration of their achievements. The family would like to give special thanks to Altus Hospice staff for their care and compassion for Shauna. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday December 18, 2023, in the Texas Liberty Mausoleum Chapel at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77079 followed by a graveside service. In Lieu of Flowers donations may be made, in her memory, to the American Cancer Society or CyFair Helping Hands.Show more
