Regina Fall, 68, of Newcastle, Wyoming, peacefully passed away on May 07, 2023, surrounded by loved ones after her long journey of diabetes. Regina was born on June 03, 1954, to Lawrence and Imelda Drees in Gregory, South Dakota. After Regina graduated from Gregory High School, she pursued a degree as a laboratory technician at Dakota Wesleyan University. After graduation, she moved to Newcastle where she worked for over 30 years at Weston County Hospital. Regina was passionate about helping others, especially those with diabetes as she had the disease from childhood. She met and married Jim Fall in 1976. Regina and Jim have a daughter, Melissa Moore. Regina was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church and enjoyed attending there and traveling to see her daughter, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She loved spending time going to drag races with her husband Jim. Regina was predeceased by her parents, Lawrence and Imelda (Nillis) Drees, along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is survived by her husband Jim Fall of Newcastle; daughter Melissa (James) Moore of Kalispell, Montana; sister Maureen (Roger) Regynski of Mesa, Arizona; brother Joe (Mary Kay) Drees of Gregory; six grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Visitation will be 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 9, 20023, at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Newcastle, with Vigil beginning at 7:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30 am, on Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at the church with visitation continuing one hour prior to the service. Private family rite of committal will take place in Black Hills National Cemetery near Sturgis, South Dakota. Arrangements are under the care of Fidler-Roberts & Isburg Funeral Chapel of Sundance.
