Rebecca Rogers Obituary

Rebecca A. Rogers, 40, of New Kensington, passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023, in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born March 19, 1983, in New Kensington. Rebecca worked as a COTA for many years at Belair Nursing Home and Harmar Rehabilitation. She also worked at Dutch Girl Cleaners, Lower Burrell. Rebecca is a member of St. Mary of Czestochowa Church, New Kensington, where she was a member of the Choir and also served as an Altar Server. She was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Hilda Karpinski and Barbara Johnston; and uncle, Mike Karpinski. Rebecca is survived by her parents, Earl and Kimberly (Karpinski) Rogers; brother, Earl A. (Vanessa) Rogers; nephew, Gannon; grandfather, Donald Karpinski; aunt, Pat (Kelly) Volk; uncles, Mike Rogers, Richard Johnston, and Donald (Diane), Robert, Jeffery (Kira) and Joe Karpinski; and numerous cousins. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 27, 2023, in the Joseph J. Cardaro Funeral Home, 1125 Kenneth Ave. , New Kensington, 724-337-3325.
