Raymond Montoya was born on December 31, 1948 in his parents home in Bent, New Mexico He died on June 6, 2022 in his parent's home in Bent, New Mexico. His wife, Concepion, bore their three sons, graphic artist, Frank Montoya, real estate executive, John Montoya, and forestry moderator Lorenzo Montoya. He worked as a professional surveyor in Alamogordo, NM, and finished his career driving the school bus for the Mescalero Apache Head Start program. He only spoke through his actions, and lived a private, quiet life dedicated to his parents, wife and family. Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Bent on Saturday, June 25, 2022. The Montoya family has entrusted their loved one to the care of Scenic Chapel.
