Raymond Cantu, 42, passed away on June 20, 2022 in Bovina, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Thursday, June 23, 2022 at Good News Church with Pastor David Alvarado, officiating. Interment will follow at West Park Cemetery under the direction of Parkside Chapel Funeral Directors. Mr. Cantu will be available for viewing Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Parkside Chapel and a family visitation will be from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. Raymond was born on February 11, 1980 in Hereford, TX to Raymond Sr. and Elisa Cantu. Raymond graduated from Hereford High School. He worked for Southwest Cheese for 12 years. Raymond was very funny, loved to read and write. Raymond is preceded in death by his father Raymond Cantu Sr. Raymond is survived by his mother Elisa Cantu, six sisters and three brothers. The family suggests that memorials be made in Raymond's name to Good News Church, 621 E. 15th St. , Hereford, Texas 79045.
