Cherished great grandmother of Matthew Jr. Elsie was an avid gardener, having plants both inside and outside. She loved to read, travel, and go to the beach. Elsie was an enthusiastic member of Christ Episcopal Church in Port Jefferson, and frequented the Rose Caracappa Senior Center when she could.
