Anita J. Stewart, age 89, passed away peacefully February 3, 2024, in Madison, Georgia. She was born May 1, 1934, in Sparta, Georgia to William T. Jackson and Audrey Jackson. Anita loved her family, church family and serving in the fellowship hall at Central Baptist Church on Wednesday evenings. She was one of a kind with the best laugh, she was always ready for a road trip, dinner out, playing cards, dancing, and shopping. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, William T. Jackson; her mother, Audrey Jackson; her brother, Carl Jackson; her sisters, Mary Adams and Dora Campbell; and her great-grandson, Jayce Sanders. She is survived by her twin sister, Juanita Hill of Carnesville; sister in-law, Christene Jackson of Eatonton; Daughter, Tracey (Mark) Conway of Madison; Sons, Wayne Stewart of Covington and Doug (Donna) Stewart of Stockbridge; Grandchildren, Karissa Deavours, Shelby (Daniel) Yach, Miranda (Chris) Couey, Sarina Conway, Kenzie Bullard, Brendan Conway, Paul (Angela) Stewart, Chrissy (Ben) Willis, Zach Thompson, Daphne (Joshua) Sanders, Desirea (Seth) Penn, Kaycee (Cody) Watkins, Ben Stewart;16 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Please join us to celebrate her life Saturday, February 10, 2024, at Central Baptist Church, 5811 Central Church Road, Douglasville, Georgia 30135. She was born on June 30, 1945 to the late Nick Bryant and the late Genelle (Stephens) “Sue” Streetman. Beverly was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Wilfred McCravy. She is survived by her loving daughters, Angel Brueckman (Bob) of St. Augustine, FL and Tammie Moore (Brian) of Madison, GA, as well as her grandson, Aiden Moore.She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.A funeral mass to celebrate Beverly’s life will be held on Monday, February 19, 2024 at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church located at 4300 King Springs Rd SE, Smyrna, GA. Visitation will be held from 12-2, followed by mass at 2pm.

Carl Randall White, age 71 of Madison, GA, formerly of Conyers, GA went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, January 22, 2024 after an extended illness. He was born on March 1, 1952 in LaFayette, AL to the late Carl White and the late Virginia Cavendar White Laster of Valley, AL. Mr. White is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Kaye Cook White of Madison, GA. He is also survived by his son, Neal White (Beth) of Marietta, GA and his daughter Karrah White Howell (Daniel) of Madison, GA. He is survived by his grandchildren, Josiah White, Sadie White, Micah White, Noah Howell, Avery Kate Howell, and Parker Howell. He is also survived by his loving sister Linda Jenkins (Guy) of Valley, AL, brother-in-law Steve Cook (Sharon) of Greenwood, SC and sister-in-law Cheryl Cook of Winter Garden, FL. He is survived by nieces and nephews and by many who loved him. Mr. White served in the United States Air Force from 1973-1979. He worked as a chemical research technician for Georgia Pacific in Lithonia, GA before his retirement in 2009. He loved fishing, spending time with his family, and serving and witnessing for the Lord. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at Fusion Church of Madison, GA. The family will receive visitors at 1pm at the church with services at 2pm at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in memory of Mr. White be made to Madison Health and Rehab, 2036 South Main Street, Madison, GA 30650.

Carol S. Biedinger January 24, 2024 Carol S. Biedinger, 92, formerly of 400 Delmar Place, Lyncourt, NY, peacefully passed away on Wednesday. She was a graduate of Vocational High School, in 1949. Carol retired as an accounts executive from Gagnon-Morison and Heine, Inc., after many years in the insurance industry. She was predeceased by her parents, Henry J. and Caroline A. (Goettel) Biedinger; her brothers, William H. and Henry J. Biedinger and her sister-in-law,Barbara Biedinger. Survivors include her niece, Carolyn (William) Onderdonk; her sister-in-law, Alma Biedinger; her great nieces and nephews; Jacob, Justin, Joshua, and Meghan (Blade) Sedner; her great-great nephew, Beau Sedner. Carol’s family wishes to thank the staff at Elderwood for their compassionate care. A graveside service will be held on a later date in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse, N.Y.
