Raul Murillo Obituary

Raul Murillo born September 10, 1949 in San Antonio, Texas went to be with the lord on March 30, 2023 at the age of 73. He is preceded in death by his mother, Antonia Murillo; and aunt, Refugia Murillo He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Gloria C. Murillo; son, Mark Murillo; brother's in law, Mario Culanag and wife Veronica Culanag, Pulcito Culanag and wife Maribel Santana. Cousin; Alejandro Murillo and Rose Murillo, Gilbert Murillo and wife Elena Murillo, Norma Munoz and husband Joe Munoz; numerous extended family and friends. Raul was a humble, honest, loving person. He always made sure you followed the law to avoid breaking the law. We may not like it, but at the end we are thankful for his guidance. He helped build the foundation for my family and was happy he saw them successful in life. He always thought about his relatives and all of them remain in his heart. He always mentioned when they were young what they did good and bad as a kid and laughed about it. He longed to know his father but t the end we could not find him where he was buried or what, because his father abandoned him. A few days ago he told me my mother and my father were standing together looking at me and he got a big smile on his face. And I asked him how do you know it was your father if you don't know him and see him in person? He just smiled and said, maybe it was my thought. Now you are resting in peace. We miss you and love you! He will be dearly missed by everyone who knew and loved him.
