Through her, we ALL know what resilience and perseverance truly look like. There was NO QUIT in Shelley. She was truly a WARRIOR. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn't mean she lost her fight as she will always be in our hearts wherever we are. Shelley leaves behind her husband, Russell 'Russ' Easter; daughter, Brooke Easter and son, Zachary Easter of Richmond; parents, Randall and Sherry Perkins of New Somerset, OH; brother, Pete Perkins (Jennifer) of Coshocton, OH, and uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends EVERYWHERE.
