Randall "Randy" Roy McLaughlin, 66, of Florence, joined his Heavenly Father on Saturday, April 22, 2023. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at New Life Assembly of God Church in Brandon. He was born on June 22, 1956 to Sidney Roy McLaughlin and Annette Dykes McLaughlin Smith in San Antonio, Texas. A beloved son, brother, uncle, great-uncle, and great-great uncle, Randy was dedicated to helping others. He was very involved with the New Life Assembly of God Church in Brandon until his passing. Randy will be greatly missed. Preceding him in death are his father, Sidney Roy McLaughlin; stepfather, Bill Smith; and sister, Karen Martin. Randy is survived by his mother, Annette Smith; sister, Cheryl Johnson (Nicki); nephew, Aaron Pridgen; niece, Tanya McIntyre (Derek); great-niece, Tiffany Flowers; great-nephew, Garrett Flowers; great-great-niece, Adalyn Flowers; great-great-nephew, Beck Flowers; and a host of beloved extended family members and friends.
