Obituary of Ralph Hunsberger Ralph Arden Hunsberger, 81 years, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 10, 2019. He was surrounded by family in his home in Ocean City, NJ. Ralph was born in Sellersville, PA to Ralph and Ruth Hunsberger on November 24, 1937. He graduated from Souderton Area High School in 1955. Ralph's varied work experiences from florist, to textile cutter, to machinist, to real estate agent, to grandchild babysitter, afforded him wisdom in diverse facts and the ability to create or fix anything put in front of him. His wealth of information in local history and antiques was always shared with enthusiasm. He took great pride in filling his home and life with memoirs of family and history that always had a story or interesting fact to accompany the keepsake. Ralph is survived by Maryellen Struthers Hunsberger with whom he celebrated 51 years of marriage in May; his children Michelle Hanson (David), Bree Walsh (Matthew), and Ki Hunsberger (Nickie); his grandchildren, Jonathan & Nathan Hanson, Jack, Abby & Lucas Hunsberger, and Caroline & Julia Walsh. He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and many honorary family members and friends that he kept close to his heart. He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother and sister-in-law, Ronald & Rose Hunsberger and a son, Robert Chad Hunsberger. A memorial service will be held by his family in early spring to honor and celebrate Ralph's life. Any donations can be made in his name to United Methodist Communities at The Shores.
