Thomas James Norton, age 68, of Saint Paul, Minnesota passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Preceded in death by Parents, James V. and Germaine T. Norton, survived by children Jenna (Jay) Wallin and Chad (Laura) Norton; grandchildren Ava, Adalyn, Alexa, Jack, Finn and Raeya; sisters Terry (Wayne) Johnson, Becky (Manni) Musngi, brothers Dan (Pam) Norton, Mike (Kim) Norton, Paul (Diane) Norton, and Chuck (Deb) Norton. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and kindness that will be cherished by all who knew him. Tom was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend; he was truly our rock. His love, guidance, and faith in God shaped the lives of his family, leaving an invaluable mark of selflessness and affection. A proud Marine, Tom served his country with honor and bravery. Following his military career, he dedicated 37 years to 3M, where he rose to the position of Operations Manager. Tom found joy in fishing, hunting, art, golf, and movies. He was an avid supporter of Minnesota sports teams and had a deep appreciation for music, including nearly 20 years of contributing to the family band, Mixed Bag, as a bassist, singer and manager. Above all, Tom will be remembered for his caring nature, unwavering devotion to his family, and his infectious sense of humor. His kindness and generosity touched the lives of many, leaving a profound impact that will be cherished for generations to come. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at St. Pascal Baylon Church, 1757 Conway Ave. St. Paul, MN at 10:30am. Visitation begins one hour before mass. Mary Josephine (Hak) Kelly, 94, of Saint Paul, Minnesota died peacefully on February 28, 2024 surrounded by her family. She is survived by 5 of her 6 children; Mary (Kieth) Armstrong, Kathleen (Bruce) Johnson, Jean (David) Fasching, Ann (Robert) Gaertner, Thomas (Amy) Kelly; Daughter in law Carol Kelly, Fourteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Thomas F Kelly; son, Vincent P Kelly; siblings, John Hak, Vincent Hak, Myron Hak and Helen Nied. Mary was born September 14, 1929, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Mary is a first-generation Polish immigrant and grew up down on the Levee in Saint Paul. Mary is a graduate of Mechanic Arts high school and held a variety of jobs. She was a stay at home mother for 16 years and re-entered the workforce as the office manager/closing agent of John Currell Reality and retired as the administrative assistant to the president of Minnesota Farm Bureau. Mary was an avid seamstress and quilter, creating a wide variety of projects for her ever- expanding family over the past century. Her faith and family were most important to her, and she was happiest spending time with her husband and extended family at her lake home in Grand Marais, Minnesota. A Mass of Christian Burial for Mary will be held Monday, March 4, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Saint Ambrose of Woodbury Catholic Church, with a visitation one hour prior, 4125 Woodbury Drive, Woodbury, Minnesota 55129. Interment on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 10:30 AM at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, 7601 36th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to a charity of your choice.

Rosie Lindstrom, age 54, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2024. Preceded in death by mother RoseAnn father Walter and brother Michael. Survived by brother Tommy sisters Jojo and Wendy. Sons Nick (wife Bre) and Derrick. Her 10 grandchildren Lona, Derrick, Lilly, Dominick, Nicky, Mavy, Layla, Austin, Levi, and Lexi. Nieces and nephews and cousins. Rosie had a heart of gold. Her sons and grandchildren meant more than the world to her. She had the best attitude at life giving the cards that were dealt to her. She enjoyed bingo, bowling, cards with family and football on Sundays. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Went home to be with the Lord on February 21st at the age of 82. He is survived by his wife, Debra; step-children, Matthew, Nicholas, Amanda and Clayton; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Mark (Sandra) and Alan (Kathy); also nieces and nephew. He lived his whole life in Minnesota (St. Paul, Hoffman and Afton) except two and a half years when in the Marines. He worked as a pressman at the St. Paul Pioneer Press for over 40 years. His hobbies were hunting waterfowl and deer, and fishing. He spent many weeks each year with friends and family doing just that. Later in life, Phil grew in his faith and loved Jesus more than anything. A celebration of Phil’s life will be Monday, March 4, 2024, 11:00 A.M. at SHEPHERD OF THE VALLEY CHURCH, 14107 Hudson Road South, Afton with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment Lakeview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Shepherd of the Valley Church.
