NORTH RICHLAND HILLS -- Phillip Wayne Beasley, 71, passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019- Baptist. Wayne was born November 19, 1947, in Dublin, Texas, to the late Juanita and Alvin Beasley. He graduated from Richland High School, class of 1966. Wayne was also a Vietnam war veteran who served as Airman 1st class for the United States Air Force and received the awarded Commendation Medal. He worked as a maintenance man at apartment complexes after his service. He was a loving husband, father and "Pop Pop". Wayne was preceded in death by his brother, Alvin Beasley; and sister, Pam Gilliam. Survivors: Wife of 43 years, Susan Beasley; sons, Chris Beasley and Sean Beasley; two granddaughters, Breanna and Megan Beasley; sister-in-law, Anne Beasley; brothers-in-law, Jerry and Dave Walter; uncle, Nolan and aunt Sue Blain; seven nephews; and four nieces.
