Mr. Peter Dixon Davis, 65, of Hogansville, passed away Monday, February 4, 2019, at Hospice LaGrange. Mr. Davis was born January 9, 1954, in Utica, New York, son of the late William and Margaret Donahue Davis. A retired machinist, he attended First Baptist Church of Hogansville. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Wanda Downing Davis; children, Cyrus Eastman, Sage Eastman and his wife Sally, Jennifer Rhodes and her husband Jim, Dusty Chevalier and his wife Mandy; grandchildren, Kiegan, Caleb, Lillian, Ella, Wyatt, Katie, Matthew, Marty, Owen, Joleen, and Noah; brother, Paul Davis; sister, Kathleen Lott; nephews, William, Tommy, and James Lott, and J. C. Davis; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Philip Chevalier. The family will host a memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 16, at the First Baptist Church of Hogansville, with the Reverend Greg Morris officiating. Claude A.
