Our thoughts are with Alicia Spoonhour and family in the death of their dachshund, Pete. He loved to play hide and seek. Pete loved the kids and was very protective. He would steal his sister Dot's toys. Pete enjoyed frappuccinos and milkshakes. He loved cheeseburgers and frenchfries. He always had to eat the burger before the bread. He was always given a birthday party and got to wear hats. Pete loved going bye byes. His favorite toys were the squeaky ones. His big personality will be missed dearly. Our thoughts go to Katie McQueen on the death of Goober, her 14 year old Pomeranian. Adopted as a nearly 8 week old puppy, he was a little fluffball that fit in the palm of her hand. He was a 20th birthday present to Katie and it was the best one ever. She wanted to name him something funny that made her smile, so Goober was a perfect fit. Gooby became the shortened version and he was glued to her feet. He waited outside the bathroom door, he waited for her to come home and he waited to be with her. He was a happy dog and smiled alot and twirled in a circle when he was happy. He would bark and dance in a circle if he needed to go outside or wanted attention. He loved spaghetti, eggs and popcorn and he would stand on his back legs to beg or scratch or paw someone's leg for attention. He loved car rides and would stare out the window. He loved to go to the groomer and really knew how to show off his new looks for attention. He was Katie's first kid and he will be missed. Batman Cole

Our thoughts go to Dawn Cole on the death of Batman, her 6-7 year old Pitbull Mix. Batman was given to her by a friend who could no longer care for him and she immediately named him Batman because of his pointy, fantastic ears. He was a big baby and loved to sit on her lap. He gave gentle kisses and was a big drooler. He did not talk much but he grunted alot, and each grunt meant a different thing. He loved his tug toys and to chew on hard bones. Jasmine Stern

Our thoughts go to Andrew Stern and his family on the death of Jasmine, their nearly 19 year old Labrador Retriever. Adopted as a puppy, "Jazz" stayed with Andy after his divorce. She was with him for more years than any human has been with him. She was extremely obedient and smart and went upland game bird hunting with Andy. She did not like men, so she stayed closed to Andy, following him everywhere. She loved rides in the truck and 100% watched over Andy. She did not like to be on the bed, but she would wait for Andy to fall asleep and then would check every door and protect the home. She did not like pretzels but liked anything else as a treat. She was the alpha mama dog and outlived at least 7 other dogs that had been in the family. Her fantastic companionship and steadfast loyalty will never be forgotten. Our thoughts go out to Barb and Chasiti Sell on the death of their beloved Miniature Dachshund Clover. Clover was a wonderful family dog who loved to run around with the kids and her canine siblings Bear and Barney. Snuggling under blankets and basking in the sun made Clover Happy. Each morning Clover would anxiously await the suns rays while resting on the back of the couch. Pupperoni was her favorite treat. If a visitor were to enter the home Clover was sure to be the first to alert her owners to their arrival with her signiture bark. Our thoughts go out to The Parker Family, Courtney, Kevin and Ruby on the death of their beloved cat Bella. Bella was the cutest little crying kitten at the Lousianna Humane Society so it was very evident to Courtney that this was to be her cat and Bella was welcomed to her forever home. Courtney and Bella lived happily together for 8 years before Kevin and Ruby came along. The bonded pair lived in 4 states together and traveled cross country. Bella was a happy cat and always very trusting. You did not have to earn Bella's friendship, you simply had to have some food to share. Bella was also very tolerant and allowed Ruby to dress her up. She loved to lounge with Ruby and was always so relaxed. Bella was an amazing asset to the family and her love and companionship will be forever treasured.
