Peaches L. Staats, nee Savoia, Age 75, passed away on April 20, 2023. Beloved wife of Armand Staats. Loving mother of Bonnie (Jeff) Zywiec, Deanna (Bill) Harvey and Denise (Jack) Krefting. Dear grandma of Samantha (Justin) Birks, Scott (Chelsey) Whyte, Courtney Daly, Peggy Zywiec, Jarred (Nancy) Zywiec, Randy (Cait) Palonis, Camaron Harvey, Hunter Harvey, Steven Heiser, Jake (Shawnee) Widtmann, Dakota Simon, Ashley (Johnny) Maurice, Caitlin Krefting, Sara Krefting and Taylor Krefting. Dearest great-grandmother of Jordan, Jayden, Nathan, Jaxsen, Bentley, Baylor, Chloe, Zak, Alexi, Jax, Alonzo, Angelo, Emma, Zoey, Mya, Brayden, Roman, Otto, Ruby and Mariah. Cherished daughter of the late Betty (nee West) and the late Anthony Savoia. Fond sister of Anthony (Diane) Savoia, Faith Savoia, the late Richard (Sue) Savoia, Betty Ann (Rick) Pisciotto, Angela Strope, John (Robin) Savoia, Sylvia (Vince) Geraci, Theresa (Wayne) Wendal and Mark (Vivian) Savoia. Also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, relatives and friends. Peaches loved bowling, dancing, bingo, puzzles, making short stories long, telling jokes and hanging out with family and friends. She thought a stranger was just a friend she hadn't met yet. Visitation, Monday, April 24, 2023, 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium, 7861 S. 88th Avenue, Justice, Illinois.
