Patsy Ruth (Seveyrac) Henry of Little Rock, Arkansas, died on Sunday, April 23, 2023. She was born in Paris, Arkansas, December 24, 1929, the daughter of Edward and Birdie Ida Seveyrac. She graduated from Paris High School, attended the College of the Ozarks in Clarksville, Arkansas, and graduated from Henderson State Teachers College in Arkadelphia. Upon graduation, she taught at Newport High School, and following a move to West Memphis, Arkansas, she worked closely with her husband in their engineering, construction, and steel fabrication businesses serving as corporate secretary-treasurer and, in later years, as president. After moving to Little Rock in 2000, she was an active member of the Open Door Sunday School class and the Caring Hands Prayer Shawl Ministry at St. James United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Joe Seveyrac, her parents, and her husband of 51 years, William Patrick Henry, as well as son-in-law Dr. Paul Martin Fiser. She is survived by two daughters, Dr. Debra Henry Fiser of Little Rock and Connie Henry Linehan (John) of San Francisco; four grandchildren Dr. Wesley Martin Fiser (Claire) and Kathryn Fiser Rogers (Brooks) all of Little Rock, Corey John Linehan of Washington, D. C. , and Casey Lee Linehan of Boston; and four great-grandchildren Caitlin Grace Fiser, Jackson Henry Rogers, William Brooks Rogers, and Bennett Martin Fiser all of Little Rock. A funeral service will be held at St. James United Methodist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas on Thursday, April 27, at 10:00 a. m. An interment ceremony will follow Thursday afternoon at Oakwood Cemetery in Paris, Arkansas.
