Miss Patricia Ann "Pat" Long, age 83, of the Alleghany Highlands, died April 20th, 2019. She was born March 19, 1936 in Covington, the daughter of the late Delphin Braxton Long and Mabel Booze Long. A former resident of Covington, she worked as an office clerk at the former M.H. Fishman Company of Covington. Miss Long was of the Methodist faith. Miss Long is survived by one brother-in-law, J.D. "Doug" Broughman, Jr. and several cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Sue Long Broughman. A private service was held Wednesday, April 24, 2019 with Rev. Doug E. Hollenbeck officiating. Friends may pay their respects anytime at Loving Funeral Home.
