She was born in Saint Albans, June 21, 1946 to Carlye and Eva (Cook) Blouin. Sally married Howard F. Constantine, Sr., October 2, 1965. Sally worked for many years both at Union Carbide, and Fonda Container Corp. Sally was an avid Bingo player. She also enjoyed going on cruises, watching Soap Operas. Sally was a Den Master of Pack 70, B.S.A. She was a long time member of the Ladies of St. Anne, and a communicant of Holy Angels Church. She is survived by three children, Todd A. Constantine of Saint Albans, VT, Christopher Constantine of Saint Albans, VT, Heidi Constantine of Seattle WA, and John Quihillalt of Helena, MT, Daughter-in-law Tina Constantine of Amsterdam, NY, and eight siblings, Bernard Blouin (Cathy) of Sheldon, VT, Patrick Paquette of Saint Albans, VT, James Paquette, Richard Paquette, Francis Paquette, Edward Paquette, Pauline Mears, and Mary Jane Ashline.She is preceded in death by her husband Howard F. Constantine, Sr.; two children, Kimberly Ann Constantine and Howard F. Constantine Jr.; her parents, Carlye Blouin and Eva Cook; and one sister, Nila Poquette.A Remembrance Gathering and Mass of Christian Burial will be held in Holy Angels Church. Interment will follow later this spring in Mount Calvary Cemetery. She was born in Saint Albans, August 23, 1926 to John and Matilda (Messier) Hemond. Rosaline married Theodore Perry, February 2, 1942. She spent most of her life caring for her family at home. Saint Albans Bay - Kathleen K. Coon passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2024, at the age of 93, following a short illness and surrounded by her loving family. She was born Kathleen Cecilia King on August 17, 1930, in Swanton, Vermont, the second of eight children to Homer E. and Florina (Jette) King. She grew up in Swanton where she received her education at St. Anne’s Academy. Kathleen married the love of her life, Robert L. Coon, on May 31, 1949. Bob and Kathleen created their life together and raised their family on Hathaway Point at St. Albans Bay. Kathleen was a cherished wife and an exceptional mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was dearly loved by her many in-laws and siblings.Kathleen took great joy in her many interests and hobbies. She worked for several years at Lorraine’s on Main Street in St. Albans. Kathleen was a woman who enjoyed fashion and presented herself with grace and style every day. Her house was always tastefully decorated for each holiday and season, and her hanging baskets and flowerbeds were a beautiful fixture on Hathaway Point. Hosting friends and family for festive gatherings was a particular pleasure for Kathleen. She was an active member of the Saint Albans Bay United Methodist Church and was involved in all of the church’s endeavors. Kathleen baked and crafted for the church’s craft sales and was well known for her delicious baked beans. She was also a founding member of her Home Dem group, a group of close friends who enjoyed getting together for crafts and cooking. When her children were young Kathleen was active with the PTA at the Saint Albans Bay School and helped create and serve the first hot lunch program for the students..Kathleen's favorite place to be was at her home on the bay. She loved sitting on her veranda watching the birds and the lake while enjoying her flowers and the breeze. She was an active and independent woman who loved cross country skiing, ice skating, swimming, waterskiing, gardening and walking. Kathleen also loved to travel. She and Bob traveled extensively over the years, including long trips on their motorcycle with friends to New Orleans, Florida and the Carolina coast and many trips abroad. They also frequently traveled with the Shriners, with whom they were very active.Kathleen is survived by her loving husband of 75 years, Robert L. Coon, and her four children; Wanda Cosman, Sandra Pappas, Steven Coon and wife Patricia, Nancy DeGraff and husband Dan, her grandchildren Robert and William Cosman, Christina DeGraff Murphy (Rich), Kimberly Spear, Alexandra Pappas (Mary), Sarah Coon (Alexei Hudak), Rachel Manganelli (Mike) and Matthew Coon, as well as her eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is further survived by her brother Arthur King, sisters Rose Swanberg, Helen Stimets, and Debbie Lebeau (Larry), along with her in-laws Henry ‘Hank’, Dale, Stuart, Keith (Paula), and Greg Coon, and Catherine Ramsay. Gary departed this world, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever live in our hearts.Gary was renowned for his good-natured personality and infectious sense of humor. His ability to make others laugh, often through clever jokes, endeared him to everyone he encountered. He found great joy in the company of others, his laughter becoming a soundtrack to the gatherings he so dearly loved.An accomplished athlete, Gary's high school years were marked by numerous awards and achievements in football, basketball, and softball. His passion for sports endured throughout his life, making him an avid and devoted sports fan. His love for competition extended beyond the field, as he was an active member of the St. Albans Elks Lodge, relishing in the camaraderie and friendly card games with his cherished friends.Gary's diverse interests included a love for music and various forms of entertainment, creating a vibrant atmosphere within the walls of his home. A family man at heart, he cherished moments spent with loved ones during cookouts, where stories and laughter became the threads weaving together the fabric of their shared memories.One could often find Gary in his favorite spot, nestled under the shade of two red maples in front of his Huntington St. home, savoring the simple pleasures of life.Among those Gary leaves behind is his partner of 24 years, Deb Chevrier; son, Adam Gilman; brother, Wayne King and his wife, Ann; sisters, Beverly Kemp and Debbie Gilbert; nephews, Brian Kemp (Gina), Mark Kemp (Amy), Tyler Gilbert, Connor Gilbert and nieces, Kim Kemp (Bob Dugan) and Kelly Paradee (Bill) and loyal companion, Sam, a Labrador retriever who was more than just a pet but his best buddy.Gary was predeceased by his parents, James and Leona, and brother-in-law, George Kemp.In honoring Gary's memory, let us remember the laughter he shared, the love he gave, and the indelible mark he left on the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to call him a friend, family member, or companion. Patrick Jon Wiegand passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 36, due to a massive heart attack that was a result from years of drug abuse and addictions.Patrick Jon Wiegand was born January 5, 1987, to Gerald and Michele (Doeden) Wiegand in Stoughton, MA, when his father was on active military duty.After his parents divorced in 2000, Gerald remarried and moved to Vermont. Patrick decided to live with his father, his new wife and her 4 children.It was during those years that Patrick got deeply into drugs and dropped out of school. He and his partner, Alyson Hanson, had 4 children: Devon Hanson, Dante (Danny) Wiegand, Destiney Wiegand and Damien Wiegand.When Patrick was young, he enjoyed nature walks, reading, games and school. His favorite Bible scripture was Psalm 23. In the last few years, he spent time with his children. Everyone was drawn to his wonderful sense of humor and his smile.He is survived by; his mother, Michele Wiegand, his natural siblings, their spouses and children, his father, Gerald Wiegand, his stepmother, and his 4 siblings, their spouses, and children.Our condolences go out to his father and his family and the extended family and friends. Highgate Center - Patrick Jon Wiegand passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 11th, 2023, at the Northwestern Medical Center with his family at his side. Born in Stoughton, Massachusetts on January 5th, 1987, he was the son of Gerald Wiegand and Michele (Dodin) Wiegand. Patrick was 36 years old. He attended Bellows Free Academy and was a cashier for R. L. Vallee, Inc. He is survived by his fiance of 21 years, Alyson Hansen; his children, Devon Hansen, Dante Wiegand, Damian Wiegand and Destiny Wiegand; his mother, Michele Wiegand and father, Gerald Wiegand and his wife, Tina who raised him for 24 years, as well as his eldest brother and his family and siblings, Corey Wiegand and his wife, Sheri, Allan Reynolds and his wife, Courtney, Kelly Reynolds, Matthew Reynolds and Josh Reynolds and his wife, Amy, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Tallahassee FL / Swanton VT - Clifford Wig Partlow 80, passed away on December 9th 2023. He lived in Vermont until 2015, when he moved to be with his son in Florida. He was an avid ice fisher and enjoyed people coming out to his fishing shanty, he would clean and cook the fish in his shanty. If someone was uncomfortable putting bait on their hook he would do it for them. He had a lot of fishing time with Amie Lloyd and Raymond Hakey Jr. He was born in Highgate Springs on April 8th 1943, to Clifford and Marion (Friot) Partlow. He spent most of his career as a carpenter, in later years as a truck driver for Harrison Concrete; he also served in the National Guard. He is survived by his son Cliff Partlow Jr. and his fiance Angela Suckocki of Tallahassee Florida as well as seven sisters: Norma Bushey of Derby, Cora Clement of St. Albans, Beverly Bertrand and her husband Carlton of Highgate Springs, Patricia St. Francis of Berkshire, Sandra Shedrick of St. Albans, Ellen Punken Magnant and her husband Charlie of Franklin and Maggie St. Francis of St. Albans. His brother in-law Ray Bressette of Highgate Springs, and good friend Amie Lloyd. Preceded in death by his parents as well as his step father Harold St. Francis, his brother Morris Sam Partlow, sister Betty Bressette, friend Raymond Hakey Jr. , best friend and cousin Jackie Beyor. Arlington, VT - We are heartbroken to announce the death of our mother; Katherine Hayden Maddaloni. She passed away peacefully at the age of 73, surrounded by her family after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Kathy was a lifelong resident of Arlington, Vermont. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Nelly (Robertson) Hayden. Kathy grew up in Sunderland, Vermont where she attended Sunderland Elementary School back when the school was divided into four, one room schoolhouses. She later attended Arlington Memorial High School, where she developed a strong love for the town and its people. After graduating from Northampton Junior College, Kathy's first job was with Bennington College. She later worked as a waitress at the Wilburton Inn in Manchester and then in 1979 started her 40-year career at Orvis. Her colleagues described her as the glue that kept them all together. When she wasn't working, she was very active in her community, she was a member of the Arlington Fire Department Auxiliary, she served as the Treasurer of the Battenkill Grange, was a faithful member of the Federated Church and a volunteer for Meals on Wheels. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her. She had a smile that was uncontrollably contagious and lit up any room. Her legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone she interacted with. Kathy is survived by her daughter; Kimberly Lawrence (Jeffrey), her sons; Michael Young and Russell Young (Christine Sherman), her grandchildren; Jenna Lawrence (Cole Vaillancourt), Shelby Lawrence, Oliver Young, Kenzie Young and Dylan Young, many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews and her estranged husband; Richard Maddaloni. Kathy's family would like to thank the staff at Franklin County Rehab in St Albans for their wonderful care during her two month stay there. Services will be announced at a later date. The family of Dustin M. Parker, age 42, announces that he passed away peacefully, December 06, 2023, in Burlington. He was born in Burlington, Vt , September 25, 1981 to Garth and Angel Elizabeth Dudley Parker. He drove cab in Burlington for 20 years. Followed by years of following his passion of mechanics and towing. He was a true animal lover. As a little boy he would bring home random creatures to take of. As an adult he was known for his zoo including birds, snakes, bearded dragons, fish, dogs, cats, and his three sons. He loved to cook and would share whatever it was with whoever would try it. He would spend his time relaxing playing his favorite video games and undoubtedly passing that along to his children. You could always find him tinkering with a car or doing research on whatever car peaked his interest that day. Dustin will be remembered by all who knew him for his ability to make people laugh and how that came easy to him. He always made people feel very comfortable in his presence. He is survived by three sons, Wyatt Parker, Kaydin Parker, and Hunter Parker all of Burlington; two sisters, Cassie Parker of Burlington, and Mindy Parker of Colchester, VT; and his girlfriend, Gabby Britt of Burlington, several aunts, uncles and cousins. He is preceded in death by one son, Jacob Parker and his parents, Angel Elizabeth Dudley and Garth Herbert Parker. A Remembrance Gathering will be held in the spring of 2024. Interment will be in the family lot in the East Franklin Cemetery. As an alternative to flowers, memorials may be made in his name to the Chittenden County Humane Society. .
