Patricia Day Obituary

| | Ms. Patricia Ann Day, age 77 of Lenoir passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023 at her home. Born May 4, 1945 in Catawba County, Patricia was a daughter of the late Clifford and Georgia Pope Day. In addition to her parents, Patricia was also preceded in death by a sister, Lil Day; a brother, Jack Day; special friend, Fred Griffin. Survivors include four daughters, Angela Mitchell (husband Eric) and Dana Waldron (husband Ron) both of Lenoir, Lisa Hester (husband Dean) and Robin Billings both of Hickory; two brothers, Gene Day of Maiden and Larry Day (wife Juanita) of Hickory; five grandchildren, Scott Laws, Katie Hester Martin, Austin Waldron, Alexis Mitchell and Halee Hollars; two great grandchildren, Kayden Laws and Jack Martin; she was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Greer-McElveen Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
