Sister Patricia Ann Pettway Broadnax APRIL 18, 1955 - SEPTEMBER 27, 2023 "In Remembrance of A Humble Servant of God" Sister Patricia Ann Pettway Broadnax was born April 18, 1955 to the union of the late Glover and Gennette Pettway. On Wednesday, September 27, 2023 God in his infinite wisdom, summoned her home and she joined loved ones gone before her, as she transitioned to her heavenly home. Sister Broadnax was a faithful member of Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church for many years. Sister Broadnax regularly attended bible study and was active in the choir, Kitchen Committee, and wherever she was needed. She kept the joy of loving God in her heart, and shared that joy with all she met. She worked tirelessly for God, she will be remembered for her sweet and humble spirit. Sister Broadnax's "Legacy of Love" will be an inspiration and will be greatly remembered. Sister Broadnax was employed with USA Children's and Women's Hospital, and after many years of dedicated service she retired. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glover and Gennette Pettway; brother, Garry W. Pettway; mother and father-in-law, David and Ernestine Broadnax. Sister Broadnax leaves to cherish her memories, a loving husband, David George Broadnax, Sr. ; children: Michelle A. Pettway and David George (Sharita) Broadnax, Jr. ; four grandchildren: Makenzi Pettway, Ethan Franklin, Dalayah Broadnax and David Samuel Broadnax; three sisters: Shirley Mosley, Loraine (Bobby) Pettway and Diane Pettway; two brothers: Jerry (Sonya) Mosley and Timmis Pettway; sisters-in-law: Leola (Willie) Ransom, Hattie Collier, Augustine Pickett, Annie Broadnax and Gwen Miller; brothers-in-law: Oliver Broadnax, Leonza Broadnax and Arthur (Debra) Broadnax; two aunts: Shirley Mae Mosley and Floudie Pettway; one uncle, Hardy Mosley; six nieces: Pamela (Richard) Pettway, Andrea (Terrance) Williams, Jeanetter Mosley, Marthea (Heath) Sherrer, Yolanda Mosley and Britta Pettway; three nephews; Marvin Robinson, Bobby (Larissa) Pettway and Travis Pettway; and a host of cousins, other relatives and many friends.

"Sister Lorine Hatch, affectionately known as "Pookie," was born August 29, 1963 in Mobile, Alabama to the union of Bro. Robert and Sis. Emma Hatch. She was the youngest of their seven children together. Sis. Lorine transitioned and gained her heavenly angel wings on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at 10:36 AM at home surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Emma Hatch, and one nephew. Sis. Hatch was a faithful member of El Bethel Primitive Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and praise dance until her health declined. She was known for her powerful praise dances and loved to praise the Lord with all her might. She was a graduate of Augusta Evans Special Needs School as well as attended Mobile Association for Retarded Citizens for many years where she made many friends. Sis. Hatch loved family and gatherings and going out to eat with family and friends. She loved going to the salon to get her hair done and never met a stranger and showed love to whoever crossed her path. Sis. Hatch leaves to cherish her memories four sisters, Emma Johnson, Alice Pettway, Gennie Hatch, a devoted sister and brother-in-law: Wonja and Floyd King; two brothers, Robert Johnson and Phillip (Martha) Hatch; eleven nephews and three nieces; forty-five great nieces and nephews; three great, great nieces and nephews; two great, great, great-nieces and nephews; many cousins and other relatives; Pastor Yates and his family, whom she loved dearly; as well as Brownlee Street Neighbors and special friends: Gloria Burroughs, Sharon Holifield, Deacon Lester and Myrtis Jones, Nancy Moore, Edwina Lee and Donna Drummond. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to a devoted medical staff that took wonderful care of Sis. Hatch: Dr. Chris Gamard and staff; Dr. Robert Learner and staff; Dr. Susan Vance and staff; Dr. William Murrah and staff; Dr. Kim Stiegler and staff; Dr. Eleanor Katie Wilkinson and staff; devoted nurses: Ashlyn, Lauren, Tina, and Kenya, Chaplain Jason, and social worker Ta-Naya and staff, all with Amedisys Hospice Care; her sitter with Comfort Keepers, Tonya Hill; private nurse Erica Wiggins for their loving care; as well as Rev. Billy Burch who ministered to Sis. Hatch in her time of need. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 1, 2023 at 11:00 AM from El Bethel Primitive Baptist Church, 1200 Gayle St. Mobile, AL 36605. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM. He departed this life on November 16, 2023 at his residence. Crawford was preceded in death by his father, Irving Coleman, Sr. ; brothers, Irving Coleman, Jr. and Ronnie Coleman; grandparents, Alice Roper, William Overton, Crawford and Jessie B. Coleman; and a niece, Rhonda Coleman. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Mary O. Coleman; two daughters, Monsenya (Ben) Stallworth of Mobile and Felicia (Johnny) McCovery; four sisters, Cheryl (Barry) McCall of Theodore, Glenda Gildersleeve of Irvington, Cynthia (Rev. She attended Phillips Preparatory Academy and Murphy High School, where she was a starting soccer player and graduated with a 4. 0 GPA. Gabrielle's academic achievement earned her a scholarship to the University of Alabama, where she pursued a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Biology, graduating cum laude in May 2023. Born on May 21, 2001, Gabrielle is the beloved daughter of Michelle Locklier (Johnny Littleton) and Robert L. Blakely, Jr. , both of Mobile, Alabama. She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Robert L. Blakely, Sr. She is survived by and leaves to cherish her memory: her parents, three loving grandmothers, Cynthia Theriot of Lake Charles, LA, Ruth Theriot of Houston, TX, and Rochelle Blakely of Mobile, Alabama; four sisters, Hillary Kay Locklier of Mobile, Alabama, Dr. Breahna Blakely Henderson (Bryan) of Stafford, Virginia, Robyn Lisa Blakely of New Orleans, Louisiana, and Tamra Leah Blakely of Mobile, Alabama; one brother, William L.
