Obituary of Pao-Chin Bailey Pao-Chin Bailey, of Bloomfield, was called home to be with her beloved husband Richard, on Friday February 8, 2019. Originally from Taiwan, she met Richard while he was serving our country. He later returned to marry her and, bring her to the United States in 1986. Pao-Chin leaves behind her brother-in-law Joseph Bailey and his wife Kathleen; her sister-in-law, Margaret Gonzales; family members in Taiwan; as well as many friends and neighbors. Friends and family may visit on Friday, February 22nd, from 4 - 8 pm, at Halpin-Bitecola Brookdale Funeral Home, 1284 Broad St in Bloomfield. Services will continue at the funeral home at 9 am on Saturday, February 23rd. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Kearney, at 11am.
