Norma Stanaland, 86 of Quitman passed away Monday, April 24, 2023 at Archbold Medical Center. Norma was born on September 6, 1936 in Quitman to the late Bernard P. Willaford and Gussie Highsmith Willaford. She was a Medical Assistant at the Brooks County Medical Facility. Norma loved crossword puzzles, gardening, and most importantly, her family. Survivors include her daughters, Cindy Jones of Quitman, Deborah (Dr. Robert) Aldinger of Palm Coast; grandchildren, Jason (Christina) Jones of Thomasville, Pam (Halley) Jones of Quitman, Jeremy (Ashleigh) Jones of Tallahassee, Brandon (Ashley) Waters of Peachtree Corners, Stephanie (Ryan) Seymour of Hahira, Candace Waters of Brookhaven; step grandchildren, Kristine Tabor, Casey Aldinger, Kendra (Chris) Clabough; great grandchildren, Reagan & Madison Jones, Hadlee & Paxlee Jones, Haleigh, Evan, & Aubreigh Floyd, Presleigh Jones, Roux Tabor, Liam & Landon Seymour, Cameryn Waters, Kalli Mullins, Taryn Mullins; brothers, Cecil (Judy) Willaford of Lake Wales, James (Anna) Willaford of Ashburn; sister, Edna (Roy) Hopson of Monticello; and other surviving family members including Kathy Mitchell of Baxley, and Leighton "Buddy" Willaford of Kenansville, NC. Norma was proceeded in death by her late husbands, John Rogers, and William Stanaland; sister, Patsy Willaford; brother, Leighton Willaford; great grandchild, Daniel Waters. Gravesideside services will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00 a. m. at Okapilco Baptist Church Cemetery.
