NICHOLAS J. EBERLIN On the morning of Thursday, April 25 th , 2019 Nicholas J. Eberlin of Roaring Branch passed away quietly at The Gatehouse in Williamsport following a courageous battle with cancer. He was 43 years of age. Born October 3 rd , 1975 in LaPorte, Pa., he was the son of Joseph W. and Ruth (Bastion) Eberlin. Nick grew up in Canton Township, attending the Canton area schools, and later Pennsylvania College of Technology, earning an Associate in Science degree. Nick was employed at Hilliard Corporation in Elmira. He enjoyed softball, hunting and playing Euchre. He was a quiet man, but known for his great sense of humor. Nick was also a man of decided opinion. When he said "no," the answer was "no." Most important in his life were his children. Nick is survived by Tara Eberlin of Canton, sons Zach Ragan, Koby Eberlin, Carter Eberlin and Camden Eberlin and daughter Shelby Eberlin, all of Canton, brothers David Eberlin, of Williamsport, Tim (& Lisa) Eberlin of Roaring Branch, Clint Eberlin of Sonestown, sisters Shana Eberlin of Sonestown and Deanna Kepner of Huntingdon. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Ruth, stepmother Debbie and younger sister Amber. In keeping with Nick's wishes all services are private.
