Nathaniel Reyes, 80, of Providence, passed away peacefully, with his family by his side on Thursday October 5th He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth (Padilla) Reyes for 55 years Born in Guaynabo,Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Cecililio and Marcolina (Melendez) Reyes Mr Reyes was the founder of Puentoriqueno United and he was one of the first Food Truck Owners in the State of Rhode Island He loved to cook, took pride in helping others, and was a community activist In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Michael Reyes; a daughter, Sandra Reyes; four grandchildren, Sachalee Reyes, Jonathan Reyes, Dimas Basora, and Jaylen Reyes; four great-grandchildren, Janeysha Reyes, Nyha Reyes, Noah Nathaniel Reyes, and Zaydius Basora; and twelve brothers and sisters, Roberto Garcia, Ercilia Garcia, Rafina Reyes, Isabel Reyes, Rosa Reyes, Esmeralda Reyes, Ediberto Reyes, Eva Reyes, Dorca Reyes, Francisco Reyes, Jesus Reyes, and Maria Magdalena Reyes Visiting hours will be at the A A Mariani & Son Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins Street, Providence, Tuesday October 10th, from 11:00 am - 12:00 Noon, followed by a funeral service at 12 noon Burial will be private

Richard Glenn Taylor, 63, of Providence, RI, peacefully passed away on November 22, 2023, in Providence, R. I. Richard was born in Providence, RI, to Emma and Charles Taylor on March 25, 1960. He was a lifelong resident of Providence, where he graduated from Hope High School, And was on the wrestling team. He was a salesman and worked in residential construction. He started the BROTHER'S CHESS CLUB loved the game of chess and enjoyed taking the time to teach others the game. In addition to playing chess, Richard enjoyed live music, and his greatest love was spending time with his family and friends. He was always the happy go lucky guy with great conversation who will certainly be remembered for his wit, warmth, and kindness. Richard is survived by his children Brittany (Kyle) Taylor- Simons, Channin (Montez) Studwell, Toukere Rhodes, Richard Whitaker and his brothers and sisters, Charles (Onie)Taylor, Frances (Joe) Myers, Helen Taylor, Ronald (Nataki) Taylor, Cheryl Taylor, Lisa Taylor, and Denise Taylor, his grandchildren Brianna Welch, Jade Taylor Jenkins, Khaleesi Studwell, Jaylece Whitaker, and a host of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by His Mother and Father Emma and Charles Taylor, Sister Barbara Taylor, Brother Gary Paul Taylor, Brother Frederick Bilal-Taylor, Sister Patricia Taylor, Sister Lola Taylor, Brother William 'Billy' Taylor, Brother David Taylor, and Brother Robert 'Bobby' "Champ" Taylor. STELLA ANN MAINELLI (SOLLECITO), 90, of North Providence passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Born in Providence, RI, she was the daughter of the late Nicola and Mary (Tomolillo) Sollecito. She was the beloved wife of Robert Domenic Mainelli for 68 years. Stella is survived by her children, Maryellen Turronis, Matthew Mainelli and his wife Maureen, Merleann Poulton and her husband Robert, Michelle McInerney and her husband Mark, grandchildren Domenic, Robert, Joss, Christina, and Mya, and great-grandson Samuel. Stella was predeceased by her loving brothers Joseph, Michael, and Nicholas Sollecito and sister-in-law Eleanor Pistacchio. Stella’s family was her pride and joy as well as her many nieces, nephews, and godchildren. She was a passionate bird watcher and nature lover inspired by Saint Francis of Assisi and loved following the work of Mother Theresa. She was a devout catholic and parishioner of St. Ann Church, Providence. A special thank you to Beacon Hospice, East Providence, RI and Stella’s angels Ari and Isabel. Kenneth J. Morra, known affectionately as Kenny by friends and family, passed away on his 68th birthday, November 27, 2023, at Hope Hospice in Providence, Rhode Island. Born in Pawtucket, RI on November 27, 1955 to the late Santo A. and Dorothy (McCallum) Morra, Kenny lived a life characterized by kindness, love and wisdom. Kenny is survived by his beloved wife, Marianne Knowles, and his cherished children: Kayla, Dylan, Andrew, and Joshua and he was predeceased by his son Jonah Morra. He was the proud grandfather of Brody and Carter, who brought him immense joy and laughter. His legacy continues through his siblings, Douglas Morra of Anchor Point, Alaska, Wayne Morra of Philadelphia, PA, Valerie Medeiros of Harmony, Maine, as well as many nieces and nephews who will miss his gentle guidance and warm presence. For over 19 years, Kenny dedicated his professional life to ensuring the safety and quality of drinking water as an Operator for the Pawtucket Water Supply Board (now Veolia). His commitment to his work and the well-being of his community was evident to all who knew him. Kenny's colleagues not only respected his expertise but also cherished his camaraderie and steadfast reliability. Kenny's passions extended beyond his professional life. He was an avid player of pool, darts, and softball, often found sharing laughs and friendly competition with friends. He always loved a good book or watching a good football game. A true nature lover at heart, Kenny relished the time spent outdoors, whether it was hiking through the serene trails of Rhode Island, cultivating his garden, or simply enjoying the tranquility of the beach. His affinity for animals was unmistakable, with a particular fondness for dogs, whose company he enjoyed immensely. Those who knew Kenny appreciated his loving nature and the kindness he extended to all. He was a beacon of intelligence, always ready to lend an ear or offer advice drawn from a well of wisdom. His spirit and legacy are an inspiration to all who had the honor of crossing paths with him. Kenny's life was a testament to the values he held dear--family, nature, and community. His memory will be treasured and kept alive in the hearts of his loved ones. He leaves behind a world that is undoubtedly better for his presence, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who were fortunate enough to know him. As we bid farewell to Kenneth J.
