Nancy A. Ostapchuk (nee Hopkins) passed away surrounded by her loving family on June 20, 2022. She was the beloved wife of 60 years to William G. Ostapchuk and loving mother of Christy Long, Lori Shookowsky and Karen Koresh (Nir). She was the sweetest Mom-Mom to Victoria (Alex), Gregory, Rilee, William, Tom, Yona and Ariel. Also survived by her brothers John Hopkins, Jr. (Leah) and Robert Hopkins (Janet), as well as numerous extended family members and friends. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Alice (nee Emery) and John Hopkins, Sr. , and two brothers, Ronald and Frederick (Pat) Hopkins. Relatives and friends are invited to greet her family on Friday, June 24, 2022, from 9:00 am until 10:00 am at St. Dominic Church, 8504 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19136. Her Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00 am. Internment private.
