Preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd "Bud" Mourning; parents, Leo Halsey and Alta Bates; brothers, Robert "Bob" Halsey, Dwane Halsey and Don Halsey; daughter, Barbara Nye; grandchild, Holly Friess.
