Nancy Kline Obituary

"Nancy Lou Kline, age 88, of Bloomsburg, passed away on May 7, 2023, at her home. Nancy was a resident of her home in Bloomsburg for over 70 years. She was born on Sunday, December 16, 1934 in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Douglas and Geraldine (Young) Dyer. She graduated from the Bloomsburg High School. On August 10, 1952, Nancy married her loving husband, Stanley M. Kline Jr. who preceded her in death on May 18, 2010. For over 10 years, Nancy was employed by Central Columbia High School as a Secretary until her retirement in 1997. Nancy was a member of the Ridge Street United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Ridge Street United Methodist Women, was a Sunday School Teacher, and served on numerous church committees. She loved gardening and flowers, attending grandchildren\u0027s sporting events, spending time with family and friends, loved to decorate and cook. In addition to her parents and her husband, Nancy was also preceded in death by a son, Richard Allen, and three siblings: Douglas Y. Dyer, Diane Harper, and Mary Ann Dyer. Survivors include her two daughters: Kelly Novak and husband Emil of Nescopeck, Kathy Klingerman and husband Brian of Bloomsburg, five grandchildren, Megan Lazar and husband Stephen of Nescopeck, Adam Novak and wife Megan of Berwick, Hannah Klingerman of State College, Grace Klingerman of Bloomsburg, Ava Klingerman of Bloomsburg, two great grandsons, Michael Lazar, Andrew Lazar all of Nescopeck, a sister, Debbie Bionci and her husband Tony of OH, a brother, Dan Dyer of GA, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service will begin on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 11:00 am at Ridge St. United Methodist Church, 145 Ridge Street, Bloomsburg with Rev. Kelly Kocher Ross, officiating. Graveside committal services will immediately follow in the New Rosemont Cemetery, Espy.
